So-Cal auto detailing is currently hiring for a Detailer #1 position. This is the beginning of the our management team. We expect our detailers to be the face of the company, they are the first impression to our clients. The detailer #1 position is responsible for arriving at a clients home or office ON-TIME, walking the vehicle with the client to learn of any concerns he or she might have also this is the time for a detailer to inspect the vehicle and make note of any damage to the vehicle in or out prior to So-Cal auto detailing taking possession of the vehicle for service. It takes a seasoned eye to notice these issues.

 

        Additionally a detailer needs to properly teach their detailers assistant to unload the proper equipment needed to start the service while the detailer is meeting with the client. Training training training! a detailer #1 will need to be able to educate a detailers assistant in the proper way to make them grow and become detailer #1.

 

         So-Cal auto detailing will promote detailer #1 into detailer #2 and #3 which will include a pay increase each step along with more of a management roll.

 

Detailer #1 skills and knowledge:

paint polishing

headlight restoration

interior and exterior detailing techniques

engine detailing

basic body prep

Pay DOE                                                                                              Must be at least 21 years of age at time of application

 

Weekly paychecks                                                                                       Clean driving record NO DUI's within 5 years

 

Uniforms provided                                                                                          Current CA drivers license

 

Company vehicle and equipment provided                                                        Clean cut appearance, NO offensive or vulgar                                                                                                                            tattoos

 

Paid training                                                                                                 Good physical shape, (i.e) able to work outdoors                                                                                                                    on your feet for extended times.

 

 Full time 40+ hours                                                                                      Verifiable skill set; tasks will be given at interview
